Hello! I’m Graziana Zito, a licensed and registered occupational therapist and certified adult and kids yoga instructor based in Pennsylvania, serving individuals throughout the Philadelphia area both in person and virtually.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental delays. I also work with expectant moms navigating identity shifts, anxiety, and other mental health challenges during pregnancy. I hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University and am also a certified yoga instructor with over eight years of experience teaching both children and adults.
At Eighth Sense Wellness, I am passionate about integrating my expertise in occupational therapy and yoga to create personalized and holistic experiences for individuals of all ages—from neurodiverse children to families, teens, expecting mamas, and adults. I believe that our relationships—with ourselves and others—thrive through attunement, compassion, and understanding.
My approach is holistic and collaborative, focusing on strengths while thoroughly considering all facets of well-being. I aim to leverage both recognized and unrecognized strengths to empower individuals. My work emphasizes three key areas: emotional regulation, sensory regulation, and interoceptive awareness. I help clients develop skills to manage their emotions, process sensory information, and understand their body’s signals, enhancing their overall well-being and ability to navigate life’s challenges.
I practice with trauma-informed and neuroaffirming care, striving to create a safe and supportive environment for exploration and growth. Together, we will uncover the underlying needs that shape your journey, allowing you to connect with your body and find the tools that resonate with you.
I understand that change can feel overwhelming, and that is perfectly okay. My commitment is to meet you where you are, fostering an atmosphere of self-compassion and co-regulation. I am here to help you develop lasting strategies for well-being, empowering you to navigate life with confidence and grace.
Thank you for considering being part of this journey toward greater understanding and connection. If you are interested in working together or would like to learn more, I would love to hear from you!
